HELIOS STACKABLE RACK SYSTEM (HSR)

The Helios Stackable Rack (HSR) product line is targeted for mid-to-large turboprops and bizjets just as DHC-8s, Challengers, and Gulfstream jets. The system comes in many sizes of stackable blocks, which can be paired with a bolt on console module or not. All racks are mountable fore/aft or transverse-facing.

Core Mission Rack and Console (CMR)

The Core Mission Rack (CMR) product line is sized for King Air-class aircraft. It fits directly into several other airframes in that size range and can be paired with a modular console or used just as a rack.

Stand-Alone Consoles & Workstations

  • Using common design elements, we make a family of stand-alone consoles for King Airs up through DHC-8s and Global 6500s.

  • Typical features include dzus space as required, mounting provisions for carry-on/of laptops and drives, map lights—whatever the mission requires.

Vertical Mission Rack (VMR)

  • Wall-hugger design, provides 7U vertically mounted (does not protrude into King Air aisle)

  • Integral, machined handles

  • Customizable footprint for various aircraft mount

  • Seat tracks on top for expansion (consoles, radio pallets, etc.)

20U CMR

  • 350 lbs. capacity, 20U. 100 lbs. on top

  • Direct bolt in for King Air family and Saab 340B

  • Top-mounted seat tracks for expansion

  • Many of our consoles have been fielded with rugged monitors by Viewpoint Systems, with great results under highly-demanding missions. We are happy to either include these as a turnkey option, or put you in touch with Viewpoint for a consultation.
